【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60216specifiestheexperimentalandcalculationproceduresforderivingthethermalendurancecharacteristics,temperatureindex(TI)andrelativethermalenduranceindex(RTE)ofamaterialusingthe“fixedtimeframemethod(FTFM)”.Inthisprotocol,theageingtakesplaceforasmallnumberoffixedtimes,usingtheappropriatenumberofageingtemperaturesthroughouteachtime,thepropertiesofthespecimensbeingmeasuredattheendoftherelevanttimeinterval.ThisdiffersfromtheprocedureofIEC60216-1,whereageingisconductedatasmallnumberoffixedtemperatures,propertymeasurementtakingplaceafterageingtimesdependentontheprogressofageing.Thediagnostictestsemployedinthefixedtimeframemethodarerestrictedtodestructivetests.Themethodhasnotasyetbeenappliedtonon-destructiveorprooftestprocedures.BoththeTIandtheRTEdeterminedaccordingtotheFTFMprotocolarederivedfromexperimentaldataobtainedinaccordancewiththeinstructionsofIEC60216-1andIEC60216-2asmodifiedinthisstandard.ThecalculationproceduresandstatisticaltestsaremodifiedfromthoseofIEC60216-3andIEC60216-5.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinclause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofpotablewaterserviceequipmentwhencarriedoutinaccordancewiththespecificationsgivenbythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomerequirementsrecognisedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.Thisstandardappliesto:-self-propelledpotablewatervehicles;-towablepotablewatervehicles;-moveablepartsoframpintegratedsystems,designedforservicingaircraftandintendedtobeusedundertheconditionsgiveninclause1ofEN1915-1:2001(ExamplesseeannexA).Thisstandarddoesnotestablishrequirementsforhazardscausedbynoiseandvibration.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletopotablewaterserviceequipmentwhichismanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
