【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardgivesguidelinesforthechoiceofnon-destructivetesting(NDT)methodsforweldsandevaluationoftheresultsforqualitycontrolpurposes,basedonqualityrequirements,material,weldthickness,weldingprocess,andextentoftesting.ThisInternationalStandardalsospecifiesgeneralrulesandstandardstobeappliedtothedifferenttypesoftesting,foreitherthemethodologyortheacceptancelevelformetallicmaterials.AcceptancelevelscannotbeadirectinterpretationofthequalitylevelsdefinedinISO5817orISO10042.Theyarelinkedtotheoverallqualityoftheproducedbatchofwelds.RequirementsforacceptancelevelsforNDTcomplywithqualitylevelsstatedinISO5817orISO10042(moderate,intermediate,stringent)onlyonageneralbasisandnotindetailforeachindication.
