【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthelineardensityofalltypesofyarninpackageform,withtheexceptionofanyyarnthatmaybethesubjectofaseparateInternationalStan-dard.Itincludessevenoptionalproceduresbasedondif-ferentmethodsofconditioningandpreparation(see4.1and4.2).Sincethedifferentproceduresdonotgivethesamevalues,itisessentialthattheproce-dureusedisagreedbyallpartiesinterestedinthetestresults.Whilethismethodisdesignedsolelyforthedetermi-nationofmassperunitlengthofyarn,itisfrequentlydesirabletocombinethisdeterminationwithtestsforstrengthand/ortestsforcommercialmass.If,insuchacase,skeinlengthsotherthanthosespecifiedareused,thelengthused,andanyspecialcorrectionsbasedonit,aresubjecttoagreementbetweentheinterestedparties.Thismethodisapplicabletoa)singleyarns(spun,monofilamentormultifila-ment);b)folded(plied)yarns;c)cabledyarns.Itisnotapplicable,exceptbyagreement,toyarnswhichstretchmorethan0,5%whenthetension,incentinewtons,perunitlineardensityofyarn,intex,increasesfrom0,5to1,0.Suchyarnsmaybetestedunderspecialconditionsiftheyareacceptedbyallthepartiesinterestedinthetestresults.Themethodisnotapplicabletoyarnshavingalineardensitygreaterthan2000tex.Forsuchyarns,otherskeinlengthsandspecialconditionsofreelingmaybeadoptedbyagreementoftheinterestedparties.note:1)SeealsoISO1889:1987,Textileglass—Continuousfilamentyarns,staplefibreyarns,texturedyarnsandrovings(pack-ages)—DeterminationoflineardensityandISO10120:1991,Carbonfibre?Determinationoflineardensity,whichwerepreparedspeciallyfortheneedsoftextileglasstechnologies.
